Look at that cute little nose! You know she is thinking "What is the guy doing to me!"
Sarah gained 30 grams last night, and is now up to 1695. Almost 1700! I honestly cannot believe how far she has come. I had imagined that she would always be so tiny, yet here she is...
As you all know, Sarah hasn't quite got the hang of the bottle yet. Dr. Su decided to adjust Sarah's oxygen support to see if that makes a difference. Now, Sarah's O2 flow is set to 0.2, and generally the O2 percentage stays around 30%. When she starts feeding, that percentage is bumped up to 100%. Sarah has been doing very well with this method, and she took 31 on the bottle yesterday.

The things we take for granted... like breathing when we eat! It has to be learned! Nice that they are tweaking things to assist Sarah in mastering the basics. I still say, if you add chocolate to the milk, she'll drink it all!
Thanks for all the cute pictures lately. I finally feel like I am coming off my withdrawals.
Love, Grandma and Grandpa
To me, it sounds like the doctors and nurses are trying to give Sarah the boot! Haven't you paid rent for the new baby condo?
Love the "eskimo kisses" photo.

noses I love it, it is the most snuggling thing you can do. Roger don't breath hard on the baby that is my advice. You are a giant and could blow her away.
love & kisses

Ps: I love me new designation as Great Aunty!
She is the bestest bestest bestest!
I love her new BIG GIRL bed and how interested in her surroundings she is. She's a genius for sure.
