My son, a father! Seeing you hold her, Roger, melts my heart. I know the feeling of elation you must have. I had it when I held you, too! Your family is beautiful. May you have all the blessings of this world (and beyond!)
Mary (Grandma Mimi for those who don't know Erika's mom's name), you have a glow about you as well. Wish I could have been there myself (I have a cold so I am staying away). Erika is the most wonderful mom... I am so lucky to have her as my daughter-in-law. You have done a great job. Mazol tov (probably didn't spell it right!)
I see that Sarah has TWO very youthful and beautiful grandmothers. Congratulations to MiMi too! Sarah is a beautiful granddaughter.
Roger and Erica...I love that first picture. I feel like I'm there.
I was at the computer and I screamed "HEY" and everyone came running saying "SARAH?" Margaret's response to the second picture was "Oh, Castine is there, too! How does Roger know Castine?" When I told her they were brother and sister she was completely shocked. Kids say the dardest thing.
Ditto on Roger...you can tell that Sarah is the apple of everyone's eyes.
Bob, the kids don't really know who Jay really is. They just think that he is the friendly guy who does all the jobs that mommy tells him to do before she starts yelling at him. And, she doesn't pay him at all. It doesn't get any better.
We LOVE the family photos. Roger, you are such a wonderful father, I'm sure this was just the first of many joyful moments with your daughter. Erica, enjoy every second of mommyhood bliss. Robert and Carol,(and Mimi) grandparenthood isn't too bad, either. And, while I'm at it, Hi to Castine and Robbie...kisses to all. Elisabeth
These photos are so precious! They really are. She is so adorable in her fathers arms and she looks so content! This is for sure a front page scrapbook item! Daddy's little girl. She is doing so well and gaining weight like she should. I am so amazed. Every time I read about her progress I am amazed at how well she is doing.

Sending tons of love,
Rosemary, Jay, Katherine, Margaret and Charlie.
Hey Carol...you beat me again!!!!You may have a cold, but you're still pretty fast. Get well soon.
Tell Bob that he also needs an airedale to be an official grandfather.
Way to go, Roger. You take to dad-ing like a duck to water. The family groupings look great!
Rosie: you better get your kids into a remedial family tree class. Do they know who Jay is?
